Mint 12, codenamed Lisa, has been a release candidate for about a week now. You will need to visit the Mint Blog to get the details. And if you have recently installed or upgraded, simply install again and use the same partitions and do not format /home. Of course if there is any serious data back it up first. This is the cardinal rule we always preach but sometimes we don’t follow. Well recently in the last week at work, for an unknown reason, entire directory trees have disappeared. I am happy to see my backups working so well.
